Hey there — I’m Stacie (she/her), an enthusiastic engineering leader at Zapier who loves driving rapid, sustainable growth through data-driven strategy and strong, people-first leadership.

I bring a mix of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business acumen to everything I do, helping teams move fast and build systems that last. I’ve worked across engineering, product, and support, and I’m passionate about creating inclusive, collaborative environments where great work (and great people) can thrive.

I also co-founded The Collab Lab, a nonprofit that helped early-career developers grow their collaboration and technical skills through mentorship and real-world projects. Though we wrapped up the program in 2024, its community and impact continue through hundreds of alumni now thriving in tech.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two small kids and a proud Californian — though I’m Midwest-born and raised. We call Sacramento home but spend plenty of time in the UK, especially in the summers, enjoying the seaside and time with family.

You’ll usually find me on a rooftop patio with good food, good people, and great conversation — that’s my happy place.

My schedule can look a little unconventional at times (thanks to time zones and toddlers), but that’s one of the best parts of remote work — we all get to show up when we’re at our best.
